Chrome Extension Terms of Service

Scope
These terms apply specifically to the Seneca Cheat Chrome extension. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
Permitted Use
You may use the extension only for its intended purpose of connecting a supported browser session with the Seneca Cheat web application.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the extension and any connected service complies with applicable law, platform rules, and the terms that apply to the websites and accounts you use with it.
Accounts and Third-Party Services
The extension may interact with third-party websites or services that are not operated by Seneca Cheat. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
Seneca Cheat is not responsible for third-party websites, services, account restrictions, or content.
No Warranty
The extension is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser configuration, or that the extension will remain accepted by the Chrome Web Store or any third-party platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seneca Cheat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from or related to use of the extension.
If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the extension at any time.
You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
